Returns & Exchange Policy

Our pieces are produced in limited quantities, with select garments made or finished individually through the atelier. Because of the nature of this process, all purchases are final and we do not accept returns.

Ready-to-wear pieces may be eligible for exchange only. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Garments must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached and in their original condition. Exchanges are subject to availability.

BESPOKE

These pieces are approached differently.

These garments may be made, altered, painted, or finished by hand specifically for you, with sizing, placement, proportion and individual details considered as part of the process.

Because a bespoke piece is created around the individual rather than the ready-to-wear pieces, personalized garments are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

SHIPPING & PICKUP

Ready-to-Wear
Ready-to-wear orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

Bespoke orders follow the same shipping process once completed. Because these pieces are made, altered, or finished individually, please allow the additional production time noted for your piece.

We may contact you following your order to confirm sizing, fitting, specifications, or production details.

Pickup
Select orders may be picked up directly from the studio. Pickup follows the same processing and production timelines as shipped orders.

Please wait for confirmation before arriving for pickup. We will contact you directly once your piece is ready.

TRANSIT
Any damage occurring in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and garment.

TIME & PROCESS

The nature of this work requires time.

Select made-to-order and Atelier pieces may require up to four weeks to complete before shipment. More intricate pieces may require additional time depending on the handwork involved.

This production period allows each garment to be completed individually rather than pulled from existing stock.

Production time does not include shipping/transit time.
